These terms cover buying and using apps from Tiny Tool Shop, which is run by Tiago Almeidain Portugal. Questions: hello@tinytoolshop.com.

What you buy

Each app is a one-time purchase. The price on the app page is the price you pay, tax included. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Updates are free, forever, and every earlier version stays available to download.

How the sale works

Checkout runs on Stripe, and the sale is made through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which sends your receipt and handles payment questions. Link's own terms apply to the payment.

Getting your app

After you pay, you land on a page with your download, and we email you its link. That link is your receipt: keep it. If you lose it, enter your email on the download link page and we'll send it again.

Using the apps

Your copy is for you: install it on any Mac you use, at home or at work. Please don't share the app, or your download link, with other people.

Check the requirements on the app page before buying. Each app lists the macOS version it needs.

Refunds

If an app can't open your files or won't run on your Mac, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. See the refund policy.

If something goes wrong

We test the apps carefully, but software can have bugs. Keep your own copies of important files. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost time or lost business, from using an app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

The fine print

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If we change them, the new version applies to purchases made after the change.
