Refund policy

If an app doesn't work for you, you get your money back. That means it can't open your files, or it won't run on your Mac.

How to ask

Email hello@tinytoolshop.com within 30 days of buying. Say which app, and what went wrong: the file that wouldn't open or the Mac you tried it on. We'll refund you in full, and we'll try to fix the problem for everyone else.

Payments are processed by Stripe and sold through Link, so you can also ask Link supportfor a refund.

What you get back

The full price, including any tax, back to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 days to show it.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
